Learn how to use yoga asanas, chanting, and pranayama as yoga therapy to alleviate many of today's imbalance conditions, health problems such as scoliosis, knee, hip and shoulder problems and more.

Each day On Maui with Christina Martini will begin with Mysore practice monday through friday in a sangha setting (small group environment) followed by a pranayama and mantra chanting session.

You will learn to develop your personal practice and techniques and adjustments will be shared with you that best applies to your body, mind and energy and condition . There will be a plenty of time for Q&A, discussions and one on one consultation.

A unique element of this course is also an Intro to Ayurveda , the sister of Ashtanga Yoga and its healing properties that complements our yoga practice.

This tuition does not include your airfare and meals to Maui Hawaii. A complimentary housing with 3 bedrooms in a shared guest home is offered to 3 students arriving to this event. Each student will have a private single room , single occupancy. shared living space, bathroom, shared kitchen, wifi, laundry room.
